HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

1. Refrain from attending if you are sick, and have either tested positive for COVID-19 or been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive (This includes those who are fully vaccinated as well).

2. Comply with all site regulations of the venue where the event is hosted.

3. Release the organizers of the event of any liabilities for damages or injuries incurred by you during the event.

SAFE SPACE POLICY

TAP-SF aims to create welcoming, inclusive, and safe events for everyone. We strive for an environment free from harassment, unwanted touch, and discrimination. We have a zero tolerance policy.

Unacceptable behavior includes:

• Unwelcome sexual attention, inappropriate touching, or sexualized comments

• Verbal abuse, threats, stalking, or deliberate intimidation

• Displaying sexually explicit or violent materials

• Sustained disruption of talks or activities

• Possession or use of illegal substances/weapons

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior must comply immediately. The event organizer reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary, including warning the offender, expelling them from the event without a refund, or banning them from future events.

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. These images may be used by TAP-SF for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
